The Grant Grant Program - Learn More is up to $5000 used towards the down payment or closing on a home utilizing either the VA, FHA, Conventional or USDA home loan program. This program can assist a First time homebuyer own a home where they think that it may impossible to own. We can add homeownership to the cities of Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Fontana and the whole Inland Empire area of California.
